Monday 6:15-7:30 pm (Slow, gentle yoga) Colleen
7:45-9:00 pm (Mixed Bag Monday-All levels) Colleen
Tuesday 5:30-6:45 pm (Beginner-Intermediate) Colleen
7:30-9:00 pm (Dynamic Vinyasa Flow) Rachel
Wednesday 9:45-11:00 am New am Yoga (All levels) Colleen
Thursday 7:30-9 pm. (Intermediate Yoga.) Go deeper into the practice with an opening
philosophy discussion, explore variations of poses and an emphasis on meditation. Colleen
* It is recommended that you take the Monday 6:15, Tuesday 5:30 before taking the later
* Please allow for at least 2 hours after a meal before you practice.

Family Yoga: 3rd Saturdays of the Month, 1:15-2:00 pm class followed by a social until 2:30 pm.
